Marrakech to Ouarzazate tour

On the program of the first day of this Ouarzazate trip from Marrakech :

• pick you up at your hotel in Marrakech at 8 AM,
• private 4X4 transport with local driver-guide,
• The distance between Marrakech and Ouarzazate is about 200 km (4 hours by 4×4). 

During your 2-day Marrakech to Ouarzazate excursion, first you cross the High Atlas Mountains. The road between Marrakech and Ouarzazate is in the Atlas mountains. You will reach the pass of Tizi’n’Tichka that culminates at 2,260m above sea level.

You can see the Berber villages nestled in the mountains. Many stops are also planned during this Morocco tour for panoramic views over the Atlas. Think to take pictures of the beautiful landscapes of the mountains.

After lunch, during this 2-day Marrakech tour, you will visit Ouarzazate.

In Ouarzazate, you can go to the movie studios, the cinema museum, see the Kasbah of Taourirt, and the souk ! You will have enough time to explore the city of Ouarzazate.

In the evening, your dirver will drop you off in a typical riad for dinner and overnight.

Visit of Aït Ben Haddou

On the second day of the 4X4 Ouarzazate and Aït Ben Haddou tour from Marrakech :

• after breakfast, you go until the Ksar of Aït Ben Haddou and then visit the Kasbah with local guide. Aït Ben Haddou is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The village is stretching on the hill with its beautiful colors. The Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou is a gem of the architecture of southern Morocco and the visit is not to miss during your Morocco stay.
• Lunch is planned in a local restaurant in Aït Ben Haddou. 

Once the visit is over, you will take the way back to Marrakech. Several stops on the road to admire the landscapes.

You will also stop to see the Kasbah of Telouet on the road to Marrakech. 

Your driver-guide will drop you off in Marrakech at the end of the day.
